We want you (and your pets) to be completely satisfied with every STRIVIKA purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our guidelines below.

✅ Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging (including tags, if applicable).

• A maximum of 10 returned items per order will be accepted.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties.

• A $3.99 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund.

• Shipping fees and purchase protection/insurance from your original order are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Process

1. Contact us for a return approval email and correct return address. (Please do not ship items to the address on your original package.)

2. Once approved, please ship your return within 7 days.

3. Email us your return tracking number after sending the parcel. (We cannot be responsible for lost returns without tracking.)

4. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after your return has been delivered and inspected.
